At TechnoMallorca we follow the school calendar published by CAIB, including national public holidays during summer. Each academy also follows local holidays in its municipality.
No refunds or class make-up claims are accepted due to public holidays, as these are also rest days for staff.
If a month has only two sessions due to multiple holidays, a make-up class may be offered in June once the course has ended.
TechnoMallorca is an academy. Appropriate behavior is required at all times.
TechnoMallorca reserves the right to expel students in serious misconduct cases or repeated disruptive behavior.
In repeated minor misconduct cases, the contact person will be warned first. If behavior persists, the student may be expelled.
Immediate expulsion may apply in cases such as:
Recreational use of mobile phones during activities is strictly forbidden.
Important calls or messages may be made only with prior notice to the responsible instructor.
Improper use may lead to temporary confiscation until the end of class.
To qualify for weekly discounts, weeks must be full natural weeks (Monday to Friday). Partial or shifted weeks are not eligible.
Submitting registration does not guarantee a place.

TechnoMallorca is committed to high-quality STEAM education in learning environments where students can participate autonomously with educational guidance from our team.
We support inclusion and integration and regret that we cannot provide continuous personal care or support that exceeds our educational and organizational capacity.
In cases where support needs exceed our intervention possibilities and may affect group balance, participant safety, or normal activity development, we reserve the right not to formalize admission.
This measure is not based on discrimination, but on responsibility to ensure a safe, organized, and pedagogically appropriate environment for all students.
TechnoMallorca is not a specialized therapeutic intervention center. As a private entity without public subsidies, we cannot reduce ratios or add dedicated support staff for specific needs.
We appreciate families' understanding and reaffirm our commitment to inclusion within our real operational capacity.
